Ingredients:
- 700 grams of potatoes
- Water for washing (to remove starch)
- Salt
- 25 grams of cornstarch
- 2 eggs

Instructions:
- Peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove the starch.
- Cut the potatoes into sticks and boil them for 5 minutes.
- Soak the potatoes in cold water with a teaspoon of salt for 30 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them dry.
- Put the potatoes in a plastic bag with cornstarch, shake well to coat.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Dip each potato stick in the beaten eggs, then roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the potato sticks until golden. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour, and mix well.
- Add chili powder, milk, and cheddar cheese. Stir until you get a creamy sauce.
- Add hot sauce if desired.
- Arrange the fried potato sticks on a plate and pour the cheese sauce over them.
